RETAIL VENDOR INFORMATION
The International Association of Yiddish Clubs will be hosting our 14th Conference at the Sheraton Novi Hotel in Novi Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, from Friday, August 26th through Monday, August 29th. 2011. Attached please find an informational sheet for your perusal. We attract between three and four hundred attendees from all over the world. These people attend because of their love and devotion to Yiddish and Yiddishkeit. Our mission is to introduce, expand and enlighten. There are programs for ÒYiddishphilesÓ from 18 to 80.
We provide vendor tables for individuals or companies that have material or services of a Yiddish nature to sell. The tables are a standard hotel size of 6 feet by 30 inches, skirted on three sides to allow storage space under the table. We provide informational signage. Secure storage is available nearby. There is no charge for the tables!! The only requirement is that you place an advertisement for your company or organization in the conference journal. This journal will be distributed to all of the attendees and sent to all constituent clubs. The minimum requirement is a quarter page ad.
Along with the informational sheet, we have enclosed a registration form for the table and a contract for the advertisement or they can be accessed by internet.
